The Brighthelm Centre is a well known indoors venue located centrally in the vibrant city of Brighton, less than 1 hour by train from London, and only 5 minutes walk from Brighton Station and local / regional buses.
The festival will be held in two rooms, Auditorium for exhibitors, and Hanover Room (upstairs) for workshops, meditations and soundbath. If you book a space you are free to join any of the latter, subject to availability.

Details for Exhibitors - Please Read:
Retailers of products may book up to 2 spaces.
Table supplied, plus chair(s). You will need to provide your own table covering.
NB. You will need to supply evidence of your insurance within a few days of making your booking.
Once you have made your booking, please email theoneproject703@gmail.com with a copy of your insurance and some information about yourself and your business, biography, reels, photos, etc. to help us feature and promote you on our social media.
By booking a space you agree to be photographed for publicity purposes. However, if you prefer not to, please let us know when you email us your bio and we will protect that privacy.
Please don't forget to bring your leaflets, flyers, business cards, prices and any special offers, etc.
For Healers / Therapists (Reiki, Reflexology, Accupressure, Indian Head Massage, Pranic, etc.), we find that shorter taster sessions work well for this type of festival, 30 minutes or less, although some customers might want a full healing session.
For Readers (angel cards, tarot, psychics, mediums, etc.), you could offer whatever suits you - short readings or longer, depending on the needs of the customer.
For Healers / Therapists & Readers, it is also good to have a desk stand displaying your prices; past experience says about £1 / minute (15 minute, 30 minute sessions, etc.), however you can charge what you think is fair.
Some customers might want to pay by card (e.g. SumUp or Square), and others by cash so it is a good idea to keep a cash float handy for change.
If you expect to be busy, a booking form on the table with your available times often helps, especially if you need to take a break.
For Retailers: the offerings are various: for example, services such as coaching, counselling and other wellness, such as breathwork, yoga, meditation, homeopathy, aromatherapy, etc., and products such as ethical / ethnic / organic clothes, jewelry, crystals, candles, skincare products, essential oils, incense / burners, oracle cards, spiritual books, etc.
If you have booked 2 spaces, two tables will be next to each other.
All spaces will be allocated and communicated in advance of the festival.
Everyone can display an upright banner.
Please keep public access areas safe and clear at all times, and store any stock or boxes of leaflets / marketing material behind or under the supplied table .
The event is indoors, so you do not need to worry about inclement outdoor weather.
We will give some loading / unloading and parking tips before the Festival.
You will also be invited to a WhatsApp group to help communicate with us and each another, collaborate and ask or share ideas and information.
The venue is close to shops, and also the North Laines area of Brighton, if you want or need to take a break.

Timetable for the day:
- 9.00am to 10.00am - Access to set-up your space in the Auditorium; doors are opened to the public at 10am
- 10.00am to 10.45am - Festival opens, pre-registration guests check in
- 10.45am - Sound Bath with 528 Hertz - Hanover Room
- 11.30am to 1.00pm Workshops - Learn about Frequency Sound Healing with Nature
- 2.00pm to 3.30pm Workshops - Learn about Crystal Healing for Chakra Balancing
- 3.30pm - Meditations - Heart Meditation and Leaving the Past Behind
- 4.00pm to 5.00pm - Auditorium breakdown and close.
