Summer Solstice

COME along and join us for an adults only Summer Solstice celebration in the beautiful surroundings of Cramden Nursery, off the Harborough Road, Kingsthorpe.

In this session you will be introduced to a gentle guided visualisation, an opportunity to give yourself the permission to be still and embrace a sit spot, some barefoot walking and other mindful activities as we consider all that we have achieved and all that we are. BUT do not worry we will not be spending the session in silence, there will be opportunities to chat, craft and drink tea together. Activities may include, but are not limited to, braiding, willow weaving and natural art.

This is an outdoor session, subject to the weather. Please dress appropriately and bring a mat.

Arrival from 5.45pm, please use the car park - the gate will be open.

£10.00 exchange for this session and spaces are limited.
