Classic Terrarium Workshop at Studio 35

Learn the art of terrarium making with Alice from The Outside In at this special workshop at Studio 35, Blossom Street, York.

This is a special edition of our Classic Terrarium Workshop, taking place in the beautiful surroundings of the showroom at Studio 35. There will be an introduction to the history of terrariums, and you will then be guided step-by-step through how to make your own using tropical plants, mosses, decorative rocks and stones. Lose yourself in the creating and landscaping of your own miniature garden world!

All materials will be provided and you’ll be able to take your completed terrarium home with you at the end of the session, along with an aftercare guide on how to keep it in tip top shape, and a strong bag to safely transport it in. There are just 10 spaces available for this workshop. 

Parking is available nearby in Nunnery Lane or The Crescent. Bike racks can be found on Blossom Street, outside Everyman Cinema. There are also a number of bus stops right outside the venue.
