🪴🌵🌿Come and spend a relaxing Sunday afternoon with people and plants in York’s plant studio - The Outside In.🌱🪴🌵

Alice invites you to draw the plants in the studio; slowing down and taking your time to really focus in on their shape, colour and form. This is not an art class. It doesn’t matter if you’re a want-to-be Matisse or a notepad doodler. This is for anyone and everyone. It’s about taking time out to put marks on a page but not be marked on the results! 

All the materials will be provided but feel free to bring along any special pens or papers you might prefer to use. No previous artistic experience necessary. If you’re more of a cut-n-sticker than a scribbler, or always wanted to try your hand at collage, we’ll have lots of patterned papers and recycled magazines for you to have a go too.

There will also be warm drinks, and plenty of plants! Anyone attending will also get 10% discount off any purchases made on the day!

Parking is available nearby in Nunnery Lane, Lowther Terrace or The Crescent. Bike racks can be found just around the corner near to Everyman Cinema on Blossom Street.

This workshop is non refundable unless the event is cancelled by the host. If you are no longer able to attend please contact us as soon as possible. There is a minimum number of 2 participants in order for this workshop to be viable. If this minimum is not met you will be contacted in advance of the event and given the option of a full refund or voucher for the next available workshop.
