From spectral soldiers to suspected serial killers; from things that go bump in the night to knights that go bumping off things; from the horrifying to the hysterical, Saffron Walden is full of gory stories that we can't wait to spill.

This is an hour-long walking tour starting outside the front of the Town Hall. There will not be a chance to sit down once the tour has begun. Please wear sensible footwear and dress for the weather. There are a few spots on the tour that are under cover - but nothing indoors!

The tour starts at 6.00pm and we cannot wait for latecomers. Please arrive between 5.50pm-5.55pm to be ready to depart on the dot!

Not recommended for children under 8.
