About Alan:
Alan founded Amido the cloud consulting business in 2010 and exited post sale and earn out with over 300 people in 2023.

He was the driving force behind the award winning team and projects included the retail ecommerce and data transformation programme at ASOS, Next and Screwfix; the Identity and Access Management solutions across government including, Companies House, DVLA, NHS Digital, the MoD, MoJ and Pay UK (all UK online payments go through their infrastructure) and several top media companies including the BBC, Channel 4 and 5 and Global Radio.

He failed miserably at retirement and is now engaged as a Board Advisor and a fractional CIO and CTO at a variety of companies ranging from Cyber to Supply Chain logistics and Medical Clinical trials.
