The theme of the first in our Assembly lunch series will be: 'U.K. manufacturing for future decades', led by Dr Graham Norris.

Graham, a TEDx Speaker and renowned futurist, will lead a focused, interactive peer to peer session, exploring the uncertainties often associated with building a manufacturing business:
- the biggest uncertainties facing manufacturers regarding finance, talent and systems
- what the landscape might look like in 2031
- how manufacturers can adapt in anticipation of change and stay ahead of the future
Expect a dynamic and grounded session designed to challenge how you think about building an organisation that can successfully adapt and respond to whatever the future brings.
About the Assembly Series
The Assembly series provides a space for manufacturing leaders to connect and collaborate, share experiences, explore key topics and enjoy thought leadership pieces related to manufacturing organisations, in an exclusive and intimate space.
Each Assembly will include a complimentary lunch and is open to leaders and consultants within the manufacturing sector, on a first-come, first-served basis.
The series is tailored specifically to leaders of small to medium sized manufacturing businesses across the South West (although those from neighbouring regions are also welcome).
Topics across the series are expected to cover:
- Thinking bigger for manufacturing leaders
- Psychology of success for manufacturing leaders
- Pushing for manufacturing profitability
