Community Cookout at Millbrook Community Garden

Come and share freshly prepared food and enjoy a warm welcome at our community gardens!

Join us for a relaxed, sociable afternoon where good food and good company take centre stage. You'll have the chance to get hands-on and help harvest and prepare salads, herbs and vegetables grown right here in the community garden – then enjoy them together with local folks, families and volunteers.

What's on:

• For a recommended donation of £5, take part in a food workshop and sample freshly prepared food, including a burger or hotdog with fresh side salads
• Learn a basic recipe you can take home and adapt however you like
• Pick up tips on permaculture and gardening
• Meet neighbours, make new friends, and support community projects – every donation helps fund our work

This is a fun event for all the family, so bring the kids, bring a friend, and come and enjoy the simple pleasure of sharing food together.
