The Penininula Trust Presents: The Wivelscombe String Quartet

The Wivelscombe String Quartet at The Old Ship

The Peninsula Trust is delighted to present the Wivelscombe String Quartet for an afternoon of chamber music at The Old Ship, Cawsand.

This friendly local quartet meet to explore the string quartet repertoire, and, by their own admission, to enjoy a good slice of cake. Their programmes range from Haydn and Beethoven to Boccherini, always played with flair and enjoyment, in the true spirit of chamber music as it was first played among friends.

Whether you’re a lifelong classical fan or have never been to a quartet concert, come along, settle in and enjoy the music.
