Philippe Nash Album Launch with Woodpig

Philippe makes gut-wrenching music remeniscent of Kurt Cobain, Elliot Smith and Damien Rice yet with his own singular voice and writing style drawing influence from punk rock, trad folk and anything emotionally raw. Gaining momentum this year through intensely atmospheric performances at DIY shows and Touring in the UK he released his first studio single 'Hurt' in April and followed with the disarmingly brilliant 'Monday Morning' and 'Peel'. With a full soul-wrapping record set to be released on vinyl and Bandcamp only in October the year of the fire-horse is seeing Philippe emerging from the ashes of serious illness and the intense-life-break that followed as he gains speed with his pounding noise.

Supported by local wayfarers evoking a deep sense of change, loss, resilience and personal journey; WOODPIG channels the rustic charm of traditional folk with a contemporary twist. Embodying a unique fusion of acoustic warmth and atmospheric electronics, WOODPIG craft narratives that resonate in both intimate and expansive sonic landscapes.
