Police Leadership Commission webinar

Join us online on 28 August, from 2:00pm to 3:30pm, for a webinar exploring the findings and recommendations from the Police Leadership Commission.

The first major Home Office-commissioned review of its kind in a decade, the Commission brought together evidence from across policing, the government, academia, industry and the public to assess how policing currently develops leaders at all ranks and how the service can develop the leadership capability needed for the future. This includes meeting the public’s rising expectations, responding to changing crime threats and delivering the ambitions set out in the wider police reform agenda.

This session will provide an overview of the Commission's key insights and recommendations, followed by a panel discussion featuring Commissioners who will reflect on the findings, their significance, and the opportunities ahead for leadership.

The webinar will conclude with a Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to put their questions directly to the panel.
