Parking Ticket Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a parking ticket for this event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Validity.
   All parking tickets are valid only for the vehicle type/VRN and date stated at the time of purchase. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure they are purchasing the correct type of ticket for their vehicle and intended arrival. Ticket Tailor allows for changes to be made to original booking where appropriate.
2. Parking Periods and Charges.
   A 24-hour parking period runs from 0800hrs to 0800hrs the following day.
   Your parking fee entitles you to occupy a space for any part of the 24-hour period.
   If your vehicle remains onsite after 0800hrs the following day of your booked period, you will be charged for an additional 24 hours.
3. No Exit and Re-Entry.
   There is no exit and re-entry permitted within your booked parking period.
   If you leave the site, your parking space will be released, and you will not be guaranteed re-entry or a replacement space.
4. Week-Long Passes.
   If you have purchased a week-long parking pass, you must notify on-site security when leaving the premises. While we endeavour to reserve a space upon your return, this cannot be guaranteed unless prior arrangements are made.
5. Traders' Parking.
   Traders' parking is strictly limited to pre-booked and authorised Regatta Event Traders only. Should Traders require early morning exit and re-entry, or exit/return for restocking they must liaise with on-site security to arrange. If a Trader's parking pass is purchased by a non-trader, no parking space or any refund is guaranteed.
6. NO Motorhome/Caravan/Campervan Parking. There will be no overnight motorhome, caravan or camper van 'camping' parking available whatsoever in 2026 on the Royal Regatta parking site, Coronation park. DO NOT book parking and expect to be able to camp overnight, there are no facilities or permissions for overnight camping, motorhomes, camper vans or any other means of overnight camping available.
7. Refunds.
   Refunds will not be issued for any incorrectly purchased parking tickets. This includes, but is not limited to, tickets purchased for the wrong day, time, location, or vehicle category and VRN.
8. Resale and Transfer.
   Event parking tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold. Any ticket found to be duplicated or resold will be deemed invalid and no refund given.
9. Right to Refuse Entry.
   Event organisers and parking staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any vehicle not complying with the above terms.
10. Right to close Car Park in the event of adverse weather conditions. Event Organisers reserve the right to close the Car Park in the event of adverse weather conditions. If adverse weather and/or ground conditions dictate closure, in the first instance please speak to Event Security for details of how to contact Event Organisers and arrange a refund as appropriate for time and length of closure,
11. Acceptance of Terms.
    Purchase of a parking ticket signifies your acceptance of these terms and conditions in full.
