Intensive antenatal class

Cost: €80 per pregnant person (includes birth partner - attendance optional)
Duration: Five - hour course, over 2 sessions.
Dates: Wednesday 10th & Friday 12th March, 10am - 12.30 pm GMT.
Location: Live via Zoom.
Course includes:

• Anatomy of pregnancy.
• The role of hormones.
• Breathing techniques.
• Pain relief.
• Gentle cesarean procedure.
• Medical team - who you will meet 
  
• Timelines.
• What to pack and why.
• Importance of your environment.
• Birth preferences/plan.
  
• The SCOPE of a birth partners role.
• 24 hours postpartum.
  
  

Extras: Ongoing support after the course - if needed. Post-partum meet- up optional.

Who should attend this course: Anyone that is over 20 weeks pregnant and their birth partner. If you have 2 birth partners, please email this information to hello@thepositivebirthgroup.com.
