Cornwall and the Sea: An Evening with The Press Gang and Mevagissey Male Choir

After sharing the bill at a wonderful show on the Hall for Cornwall’s grand stage for the laters 50th anniversary, The Press Gang and Mevagissey Male Choir are excited to have another opportunity to perform together at Wadebridge Town Hall.

Renowned throughout our Celtic land for their ability to rework traditional shanties and folk songs into their own harmonious, energetic style, The Press Gang love mixing Cornish tradition with raucous entertainment.

Established over 50 years ago, Mevagissey Male Choir are one of the most acclaimed and popular choirs in Cornwall, proven so by them winning the 2024 International Choral Contest.

‘Cornwall and the Sea’ promises to be an evening of songs of our beloved Kernow and the sea around it that has helped shaped its identity.
