YOUR COACHES HAVE MORE IN THEM. THIS EVENT IS HOW YOU GET IT OUT.

Outsource your coach development to the people who do it best.

You already know your coaches are capable of more.

You've seen it. The instinct is there. The connection with members is there. What isn't there yet is the consistency, the authority in difficult moments, and the ability to operate without you in the room.

That's not a hiring problem. It's a development one.

Most gym owners run CPD in-house, which means it happens when there's time, covers what feels urgent, and lands differently depending on who's delivering it.

The Coaches Development Day is different.

Two full days with Craig Massey, Head of Education at the PFCA. Not a group workshop where your coach sits in a room and takes notes. Individualised 1-to-1 work — Craig works with each coach on how they specifically think, communicate, and make decisions under pressure.

The qualification your coach holds built their knowledge. This builds the coach behind it.

Every session, every difficult conversation, every moment that needs authority — that's where this work shows up.

Craig has watched the same pattern repeat across every cohort that has come through the PFCA.

Strong instincts. Genuine talent. A confidence ceiling that wasn't put there by the coach. It was put there by a development system that was never built with the individual in mind.

The work doesn't turn your coach into someone else. It helps them understand clearly who they already are, so they can stop second-guessing it and start using it.

The gym owners who describe their best coaching teams use the same language.

"I walk into my gym and I can't believe it's my team, my culture, my standards."

That's what happens when a coach knows exactly what they bring and delivers it the same way every session, not just the ones when confidence is high.

After two days with Craig, your coach handles the hard conversation without coming to you first. They hold the room when a session goes sideways. They operate with the same authority on a quiet Thursday afternoon as they do when the gym is full and the energy is easy.

Your members feel it. Members stay when they genuinely trust their coach, and that trust is built session by session.

The Coaches Development Day is £1,000 per coach.

One member retained for an extra three months covers it. One difficult conversation your coach handles instead of you covers it in time alone.

Beyond that: a coach who understands themselves is a coach who stays. You stop losing people you invested in before they reached the level you needed them at.

This is what it looks like to treat coach development as a business decision rather than a box to tick.

This is not for coaches who aren't ready to examine how they currently work.

The two days require showing up ready to be honest about where they are and what has been holding them back. If your coach is willing to do that, Craig will meet them there.

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. How many coaches can I send? You can purchase multiple tickets in a single booking. The workshop is capped at 10 attendees total, if you're planning to send more than one coach, book early to avoid missing out.

Does my coach need years of experience to attend? No. This is relevant whether they're 18 months in or 10 years in. The coaches who get the most from it are those who've started asking themselves the questions the industry never helped them answer.

What does my coach need to bring? Notepad or iPad for notes. Comfortable clothes — they'll be moving between seated work and live coaching practice throughout both days.

Is lunch included? There's a one-hour break each day with cafés and shops nearby.

What's the cancellation policy? Cancel 7+ days before the event and you'll receive a full refund. Within 7 days, no refund is available — but you can transfer the spot to a future date. Email info@thepfca.com.
