Do my books need to be current before I attend?
No. The Margin Snapshot is built to work with what you have.
Do I need QuickBooks or any special software?
No. If you have it, great. If you don't, you can complete your Snapshot from your bank statements and payment processor.
When do I get The Margin Snapshot, and how long does it take?
It's sent to you a couple of weeks before the session, so you're not sitting on it for months. Most people finish it in about 20 minutes.
What if I can't attend live?
You can add 90-day replay access at checkout. The session is built to be worked through in real time, so live is best. But the replay is there if Friday midday doesn't work.
Will I have to share my financial history with the group?
Never. You work through your own Snapshot privately. Nothing you bring is shared or seen by anyone else.
I'm not a therapist. Can I still come?
Yes. If you run a service-based business and you're unclear on your profit, cash flow, or what to pay yourself, this applies to you exactly the same way.
What happens after I register?
You'll get your confirmation and Zoom details right away. The Margin Snapshot follows a couple of weeks before the session, with time to complete it before November 6.
- There are still decisions you can make before December 31st: what you pay yourself, what you stop spending on, how you close out the year, what you carry into the next one. But you can't make any of them without knowing where you actually stand.
- You don't need more clients, more offers, or a bigger revenue goal.
- You need to know what your numbers are telling you.
