M3 AZ is self care movement designed to share practical tools and tips on how to achieve mental wellness and balance for all the areas of self care which include:  Spiritual, Physical, Intellectual, Connection and Emotional.  This highly interactive experience is filled with perspectives from both  clinical and ministerial foundations.  Our signature breakthrough sessions offer clear guidance on areas that include church hurt, grief, burnout, caregiving, depression, low self esteem, imposter syndrome, relationships, parenting, dating and more.  There is also a tailor keynote from our founder, Stefanie Hughes who is a highly sought speaker and presenter.  Best known for her transparency and unique gifts to combine her clinical approaches with her ministry background to yield an opportunity to self reflect and heal, Stefanie and the M3 team bring you a very unique opportunity to explore self care from an entirely different perspective.
