Therapy Tribe is a passion project of Center for Intimacy Recovery, based in NYC. We're dedicated to building authentic community for mental health professionals through connection, collaboration, and fun. We create spaces where clinicians and other mental health professionals can come together, recharge, and remember why we do this work.

You spend your days holding space for others. Now it's time to receive.

In collaboration with Valiant Living, join us for a Sound Bath for Mental Health Professionals on February 5th, 2026.

In the heart of the winter season, this evening of candlelight sound healing and restorative yoga is designed to help you unwind, settle your mind, and replenish your spirit in order to continue to hold space for others with clarity, compassion, and resilience.

Event Details:

When: Thursday, February 5, 2026

• 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM: Candlelight sound bath & restorative yoga led by Malissa Fantanarosa, Wellness Program Director at Valiant Living
• 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Mingle as much (or as little) as you'd like with food and drinks

Where: Valiant Living, 5600 S Quebec Suite 148B Greenwood Village, CO 

What to Bring: Yoga mats will be provided, but in limited quantity so bring your own possible! Dress comfortably, this is a relaxed practice meant to restore and renew.

It's a space to nourish yourself deeply, to honor the work you do, and to connect with fellow healers who understand the weight of what you carry.
