Join this four-part webinar designed to help you build the foundation for a strong start and successful tenure at your new position. This seminar will help rabbis manage the transition to a new position through deliberate planning, self-awareness, and attention to relationships. We will explore best practices and concrete tools for starting well in your new position. Participants will leave with an action plan and a group of colleagues for mutual support.
