Integrating Genograms and Social GRACES

This experiential certificate programme is designed for professionals working in people-facing roles who wish to deepen their understanding of the relational dynamics that shape personal and professional interactions.

The programme supports healthier, more sustainable ways of working by encouraging participants to better understand the factors that shape behaviour, decision-making, leadership, teamwork, and workplace culture.

Drawing together the complementary frameworks of Genograms and Social GRACES, the programme offers a unique opportunity to explore identity, relationships, family and social systems, culture, power, privilege, and lived experience. Participants are invited to consider how these influences shape the way we communicate, connect, lead, support, collaborate, and make sense of ourselves and others.

Whether working in healthcare, education, social care, coaching, leadership, human resources, community services, the legal sector, or other relational professions, participants will develop practical frameworks that can enhance self-awareness, reflective practice, professional effectiveness, and relational understanding.

The programme combines experiential learning, facilitated discussion, personal reflection, and practical application. Participants are encouraged to engage with the material both personally and professionally, recognising that greater awareness of ourselves and the systems we inhabit can strengthen our capacity to build meaningful relationships and work more effectively with others.
