As a follow-up to Dr. Martha Stark's Zoom presentations earlier this year on her Psychodynamic Synergy Psychotherapy (which featured ☞ an Updated (March 2023) SUMMARY of Martha's 5 Models in her Psychodynamic Synergy Paradigm and in order to demonstrate translation of those theoretical concepts into "embodied relational" clinical practice, we are offering The Art and The Science of Interpretation in Embodied Relational Practice: A Series of Three 2 hour Experiential Workshops.
For those of you who were unable to attend Martha's recent (January and February 2023) Zoom Presentations on The Art and The Science of Interpretation, you can view the videos and pdf slides ☞ here
Alongside Martha will be Michael Soth, former Training Director at The Chiron Centre for Body Psychotherapy and long-time integrator of a broad spectrum of therapeutic approaches with embodied and relational principles: ☞ Integra.
After a very brief review of Martha's five Modes of Therapeutic Action and a very brief overview of Michael's principles for embodied relational supervision, you will have the exciting opportunity to present snippets of clinical material (obviously heavily disguised) from your own clinical work to Martha and Michael and tap into their cumulative wisdom – finely honed from their decades of immersion in embodied, relational, and spiritual clinical practice.
We hope you will take advantage of this rare opportunity to join us for this Series of Three Experiential Workshops.
This Zoom event is being facilitated by Adele Yaron a UKCP registered therapist and supervisor who has worked closely with both presenters over many years, and hosted by Robert Downes, Chair of The Relational School, London. Recordings will be made available to those who register. A Certificate of Attendance will be provided for the series, although no CE credits are being offered.

BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH for Michael Soth
Michael Soth is an integral-relational psychotherapist, group facilitator, trainer, supervisor and consultant. Having grown up in Germany, he re-located to the UK in his early 20’s to learn the craft of psychotherapy. Working in private practice since 1986, he has taught on a variety of counselling and therapy training courses, alongside being a training director at Chiron Centre for Body Psychotherapy in London. After 35 fulfilling years in terms of his personal and professional life in the UK, in 2021 he made another radical life move, and is now establishing a new home and retreat near the rainforest in Central America.
Inheriting concepts, values and ways of working from both psychoanalytic and humanistic traditions, he is interested in the therapeutic relationship as a bodymind process between two people who are both wounded and whole. In his work and teaching, he integrates an unusually wide range of psychotherapeutic approaches, working towards a broad-spectrum integration of all therapeutic modalities and approaches, each with their gifts, wisdom and expertise as well as their shadow aspects, fallacies and areas of obliviousness.
He has written numerous articles and is a frequent presenter at conferences. He is co-editor of the Handbook of Body Psychotherapy and Somatic Psychology (2015). Extracts from his published writing as well as hand-outs, blogs and summaries of presentations are available through his training organisation INTEGRA CPD www.integra-cpd.co.uk.
