Join us online for a day of thought-provoking and progressive talks from some of the world’s most inspiring thinkers and activists.
Galia Benartzi - Technology entrepreneur focused on redesigning economics in service to life, and rewilding money in service to humanity. Galia has spoken at the United Nations, TEDx and the Oslo Freedom Forum on global monetary design and blockchain-based sustainable collaboration systems.
Craig Bennett – Chief Executive of The Wildlife Trusts. Craig has spearheaded plans to protect 30% of UK land and sea for Nature by 2030. He is a judge on the Wainwright Book Prize and has designed and contributed to education and leadership programmes around the world.
Gail Bradbrook - Co-founder of the social movement Extinction Rebellion (XR), which has spread internationally since its launch in October 2018. Gail has been researching, planning, and training for mass civil disobedience since 2010.
Easkey Britton - Irish surfer, scientist, ocean advocate and writer. Easkey's work explores the relationship between people and Nature, particularly the ocean. She is the author of several books on our human relationship with water, including Ebb and Flow: Connect with the Patterns and Power of Water.
Gillian Burke - Biologist, presenter, author and podcaster. Whether from the natural world or the human world, Gillian is drawn to the rich vein of stories that are full of universal themes of awe and wonder. As a scientist, Gillian is committed to tracking down and sharing evidence of hope.
Zena Edwards – Poet, curator, project maker and environmental advocate. A renowned award winning UK poet of Afri-Carib-British heritage, she is also a multidisciplinary artist, collaborating with musicians, choreographers and visual artists.
Robin Wall Kimmerer - Scientist, professor, and member of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation. Robin is the author of Braiding Sweetgrass and Gathering Moss, and the founder and director of the Center for Native Peoples and the Environment.
Satish Kumar - Peace pilgrim, lifelong activist and former monk who founded The Resurgence Trust. Satish has been inspiring global change for over 50 years since his 2 year 'pilgrimage for peace' in which he walked from India to Washington with no money in the name of peace.
Daniel Christian Wahl - Catalyst and author of Designing Regenerative Cultures. Daniel works as a consultant, educator and activist with NGOs, businesses, governments and global change agents. Winner of the 2021 RSA Bicentenary Medal for applying design in service to society.
Tickets: £25 per person or £15 concessions.
Ticket holders who cannot attend for the whole day or would like to listen to a talk again will be able to access the event online afterwards.
