Resurgence Talk: Stephen Fulder - 'How to thrive in hard times'

These are particularly challenging times. There is violent conflict raging in the Middle East, Ukraine and other places, and a growing divisiveness, uncertainty and threat in our daily life.

We can often feel lost, despairing and powerless, and though it may not be easy to see how inner work or meditative practice can help us at this time, they can be a precious resource to transform the way we see things and make a difference in the world.

Stephen Fulder has been a foremost Buddhist teacher for 30 years in the thick of the Middle Eastern conflict with all its dilemmas and tragedies.

During this talk with Q&A, Stephen will offer perspectives, practical guidance and relevant teachings that may contribute to inner and outer peace.

Stephen Fulder is the founder and senior teacher of the Israel Insight Society. He has been offering many kinds of meditative, spiritual and Buddhist teachings for 30 years, with an emphasis on bringing the practices and insights into daily life, including in the most challenging of circumstances. He has had years of experience in peacemaking in the Middle East. His most recent book is How to Thrive in Hard Times: A Buddhist Manual.
