Deep Green Journey: Plant Meditations on Life’s Rhythms

Join us for four gentle, guided meditations that weave together Nature, introspection and wellbeing. Each session invites you to connect with a living companion plant, using it as a focal point to explore the natural rhythms and processes of life.
Inspired by the wisdom of your plant friend, embark on a new meditation adventure each week, illuminating themes like dormancy, evolution, resilience, and interconnectedness. These calming and meaningful journeys will help you relax, reflect, and share in the plant’s inner peace and revitalisation.

Rowena Wilson specialises in guided meditations rooted in natural elements – plants, minerals, life cycles, and the senses we use to connect with them. Her approach encourages direct engagement with Nature to cultivate peace, relaxation and a deeper appreciation for life. Through these practices, you’ll foster neural pathways to positive experiences and nurture equanimity. Discover more about Rowena’s work here.
