Satish Kumar is an internationally-acclaimed speaker, author and editor. A former Jain monk and long-term peace and environment activist, Satish Kumar has been quietly setting the global agenda for change for over 50 years. Satish is founder of The Resurgence Trust, an educational charity (no 1120414) that promotes ecological sustainability, social justice and spiritual values. Satish edited Resurgence magazine for 43 years and is currently Editor Emeritus at Resurgence & Ecologist.
