The day will begin with a breathwork journey designed to create a sense of deep relaxation and inner peace. You will be guided through a series of breathing exercises alongside the magic of carefully selected music that will activate your senses, clear your mind, and balance your energy.

With the breath and sound as our foundation, we will then embark on our journey with Cacao, a medicine that has been used for centuries to open the heart and deepen spiritual awareness. This sacred medicine is a catalyst for activation, celebration, and deep connection with our ancestors. Not only that, but cacao has been known to unlock the emotional body and creativity, leading to ecstatic states of bliss and joy.

Our Cacao is sourced from the indigenous farmers of Guatemala who cultivate it with the utmost care and reverence, ensuring a high-quality product that is both delicious and nutritious.

Our experienced facilitators will create a safe and supportive space for you to explore and connect with your innermost self. This is a chance to let go of stress and tension and rediscover the wonder and magic of life.

WHAT IS A CACAO CEREMONY?

A cacao ceremony is a special gathering that involves the use of pure, raw cacao as a tool for connecting with oneself, others, and the natural world. It is often considered a sacred and spiritual experience that has been used for centuries by indigenous cultures in Central and South America for healing and opening the channel to the heart.

During a cacao ceremony, participants consume a specially prepared cacao elixir and engage in various practices such as meditation, intention setting, sharing, dance and music. The intention of the ceremony is to create a safe and supportive space for personal transformation, healing, and connection.

OUR HOSTS

Aimée Buchler, founder of The Rise Room, is on a mission to help others heal and evolve,. She has dedicated years to mastering the fields of naturopathic medicine, breathwork, body sculpting, meditation & spiritual philosophy. Aimée's passion for creating exceptional transformational experiences shines through in everything she does. She's on a mission to help people optimise their health and break through subconscious blocks that keep them from living the life they were meant to live. Her work has empowered countless individuals to live a life full of joy, strength, and peace.

 Alyona, a true student of the earth and an initiate who walks with Great Spirit and the heart of the four directions. With Maestro Manuel, she studies sacred initiatic traditions of humanity, sound healing, yoga and has supported the cultivation of communities worldwide for 13 years.  She has been super lucky to spend a lot of time serving, promoting and learning from the indigenous elders that come to share the message of peace, community and they sprinkle love on everything.  Alyona spent the last few years traveling with Yube Huni Kuin from the Amazon Rainforest, which further inspired healing, joy, and empowerment. Alyona is also a dedicated student & teacher of yoga and is committed to supporting indigenous communities through fundraising for their projects. A portion of the ceremony's proceeds will go towards supporting these communities.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Doors open at 11:45
• Come in comfortable clothing
• It is recommended to not eat for at least 90 minutes prior to the event
  
• It is recommended to avoid stimulants such as coffee, drugs and alcohol for 24h prior to the experience
  
• Bring a floor/ meditation chair for extra comfort (you can find these online/ on Amazon)
