TBRI® Introduction & Overview Session

Fri Feb 5, 2027 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Children's Assessment Center, 77005

When a child experiences trauma, loss, or abuse, their ability to trust is impacted. In order to repair trust, we must see the need behind a child's behavior and respond in a way that considers their developmental and emotional capacity.

Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI®) is a research-based and relationship-focused framework for helping children heal from complex trauma. Through our training, you can learn practical tools to help meet the needs of vulnerable children and families.

The Riverside Project training covers the entire TBRI® for Caregivers curriculum across four sessions:

1. Introduction & Overview

2. Connecting Principles

3. Empowering Principles

4. Correcting Principles

Individuals must attend all 4 sessions to complete the full training and must attend an Introduction & Overview session prior to attending the other three sessions.
