To Bring

~ Water Vessel | Please drink lots of water before your session (If possible - 3 hours prior) - and during rest periods.

~ Towels x2 | one to sit on (it will get wet) + one to dry off

a face/hand towel | is a great addition to use in the sauna to wipe your face | to feel extra fresh all over

~ A robe | a nice treat to elevate your rest cycles

~ Bathing suit

If you'd like a longer session, we would love to accommodate you! If there is availability at the end of your session, we encourage you to stay and soak up the experience as long as you can! If you are staying longer, please be mindful and make space for any new guests arriving in the sauna.

Sauna and plunge are cleaned regularly with soapy water and 3% hydrogen peroxide.

Everyone is required to have a bucket shower before their first cold plunge

Biodegradable soap will be provided. Please - biodegradable soap only.

Session are scheduled for 1hr - 2 hrs

3-4 fit in each sauna at a time

Ticket Transfers and refund policy

You are able to transfer your ticket to someone else anytime | There is no refund policy on seats purchased.
Changes to a different time can be made at anytime - depending on availability.

Liability Waiver - To be complete before arrival

Each member of your party will be required to sign waivers relinquishing legal rights.
Please make sure everyone in your party gets access to this link and completes the waiver before heading to the sauna experience.
