Projects, responsibilities, and routines quietly take over until one day you realize you haven't stopped to ask yourself how you're actually doing.

Mid-Year Reset is an invitation to pause.

Join us for an evening designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and step into the second half of the year with greater clarity and intention.

We'll begin with a guided meditation led by Shamara Noriega, creating space to reflect on the first half of the year and tune into what you're ready to carry forward.

From there, Suchi of Art by Suchi will guide an intuitive painting experience where you'll translate those reflections onto canvas. No artistic experience is needed. This isn't about painting something perfect. It's about giving yourself permission to create honestly.

We'll close the evening with drinks, light bites, live music, and conversation, giving you time to connect with fellow creatives, entrepreneurs, and curious humans in a relaxed, welcoming space.

Shamara Noriega — Guided Meditation

Shamara is a meditation facilitator, transformational coach, and creative guide whose work blends mindfulness, reflection, and intentional practices to help people reconnect with themselves.

Suchi — Art by Suchi

Suchi is a mixed-media artist who paints to tell stories, creating artwork that sparks connection, reflection, and conversation. Through Art by Suchi, she designs immersive, experiential workshops that blend creativity with mindfulness, often collaborating with wellness practitioners to pair art with experiences like sound healing.
