Monthly Pregnancy Meet Up JUNE

Pregnancy can be such a whirlwind. Everyone is here to tell you their story, offer advice and suggest yet another thing that you should or shouldn't be doing in order to prepare for birth. But sometimes, what you really need is space to slow down, feel heard, and connect with others who truly get it in order to empower yourself to pursue the birth and postpartum experience that you desire.

This free monthly in-person group is a chance to gather with other expectant parents in a warm, supportive environment where honest conversation is encouraged and no question is too small. Whether you're navigating decisions, planning your birth, or just figuring out how you feel about it all, we are here for you!

Each one hour long session focuses on a topic that matters, from birth preparation and decision-making to mindset, comfort techniques, and the early weeks with a newborn. Everything we share is grounded in up-to-date, evidence-based information, but delivered in a relaxed, down-to-earth way that makes sense in real life.

The event is hosted by Aurelija - expert antenatal educator and Hypnobirthing instructor as well as Marieke - birth, maternity and newborn photographer. Both have real life experience of attending births, and supporting parents during pregnancy and postpartum. 

There will be warm drinks, snacks and time to share stories, ask questions, and a invitation to join our supportive community,  so the chats can continue outside the room.
