Dr Chowdhury (BSc, PGDL, LPC, LLM, MAAT, BTC, PhD) is a Certified Silva Method Instructor (CSMI) and experienced meditation teacher with over 25 years of practice, He holds a PhD in Meditation and Neuroscience and conducts research into cognitive performance and wellbeing. He is also a qualified accountant and lawyer, bringing a uniquely practical perspective for anyone navigating busy, high-pressure lives. With a background as a Certified Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, NLP Master, and Mindfulness Practitioner, he blends this broad expertise with Silva techniques to support meaningful personal transformation, helping individuals build calm, clarity, confidence, and lasting change. Our venue is conveniently located in the heart of Bloomsbury, between Tottenham Court Road and Gower Street, with excellent public transport connections.

🚇 By Tube

Goodge Street — Northern Line

Approximately 2–4 minutes’ walk

Goodge Street is the nearest Underground station to the venue.

From the station, head east along Chenies Street, turn right onto Gower Street, and then right onto Store Street. The venue is a short walk along Store Street.

Tottenham Court Road — Central, Northern & Elizabeth Lines

Approximately 6–7 minutes’ walk

From Tottenham Court Road station, walk north along Tottenham Court Road and turn right onto Store Street. Continue along Store Street to reach the venue.

Russell Square — Piccadilly Line

Approximately 9 minutes’ walk

From Russell Square, walk west through Russell Square and continue along Keppel Street, which leads towards Store Street.

Euston is the nearest mainline railway station to the venue and provides connections to destinations across the UK, as well as onward London Underground services.

King’s Cross & St Pancras International

King’s Cross and St Pancras International are also conveniently connected to Bloomsbury by the London Underground and local bus services.

🚗 By Car

The venue is located in central London and can be accessed from the north via Euston Road (A501), with routes towards Tottenham Court Road and Gower Street.

Please be aware that central London driving may involve the Congestion Charge and, depending on your vehicle, the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ).

🅿️ Parking & Accessibility

Parking immediately outside the venue is limited.

There are two reservable Blue Badge parking bays in a small car park located off Ridgmount Place, behind the venue. On-street Blue Badge parking is also available on Store Street.

If you require accessible parking, we recommend arranging this in advance.

The Foundation Course is suitable for ages 15 and above.

🔹 How can I prove I am a Repeater?

Please present either:

• Your Silva Method International ID Card, or
• Your original Course Certificate (BLS or SLS)
  

🔹 Will I receive a certificate and Silva ID?

Yes. If this is your first time attending the Basic Lecture Series (BLS), you’ll receive:

• An Official Silva International Certificate
• Your own Silva ID Card, which allows you to attend repeat courses anywhere in the world at repeater rates.

🔹 Will I get a student manual?

Yes, a printed student manual is provided for all modules in the BLS Foundation Course (#101–#404).
