FAQs:

What is the difference between VIP & General Admission tickets?

VIP tickets allow you early entry at 12:30p, skip-the-line access all day and a custom Sneaker Exit jersey or shoulder bag ($30 value). VIP tickets cost $50-$60.

General admission tickets get attendees access at 1p and cost $25.

Are kids allowed? Do they get in free?

This is a family friendly event -- all ages are welcome! Kids 10 & under are free to get in (no ticket required) if they’re with a ticketed adult.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

There will be paid parking spaces at or near the venue.

Is my ticket transferrable to someone else?

Yes, purchased tickets can be used by someone other than whose name is listed on the ticket.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? What about if I have a VIP ticket?

No, all event tickets can be scanned directly from your phone.

What is the refund policy?

All ticket sales are final. No exceptions whatsoever.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

Yes, tickets are always available at the door. They are $25 and can be purchased with card or cash.

Do vendors only take cash?

Some vendors accept credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay etc. This, of course, is based on the personal preference of each vendor. An ATM will also be on site available for use.

Can I bring personal items to sell or trade at the event?

Yes, you may bring up to 8 pairs of sneakers with you to sell or trade at the event. Please note, all items that you bring to The Sneaker Exit *must* be authentic. If you are caught with fake merchandise, you will be reported to the police on site.

Can I bring a bag or wagon with me to the show?

Yes, you can bring a small bag or small wagon with you to carry sneakers into the show.
