Tommy, founder of The Sonic Den, is a former international recording and touring musician, a fully certified and insured Therapeutic Sound Practitioner, and a Music Education Specialist. With over 30 years of experience across sound and education, The Sonic Den offers trauma-informed sonic experiences that blend live immersive soundscapes, guided intention, and a grounded understanding of nervous system support, accessible to all.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐈 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭?
The experience begins with each person lying down on their Yoga mat or sitting in a comfortable position, often with a blanket and pillows for extra comfort. After a few minutes of mindful breathing, visualisation and intention setting, you are taken on a meditative sonic experience filled with the sounds, vibrations and frequencies of various overtone-emitting instruments, including:

Ticketing, Attendance & Refund policy:

• Transfer Requests: If you’re unable to attend, I will do my utmost to accommodate you at the next session in the same location, if there is space on the day of the event. Please message on the event day for confirmation!
• Pass Your Space to Another: If you’re unable to attend, you have the option to pass your ticket to a friend or family member. Make sure they are aware of all the information above with special attention given to the contraindications. Let me know in advance!
• Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the session start time and note that I aim to begin sessions exactly on time. Late arrivals may not be able to join the group, as this can disrupt the experience for those already present.
• Sessions are suitable for ages 12 and up. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.
• If you’re buying a ticket for someone else, please share these details with them.
• All ticket sales are non-refundable. However, if there is a waiting list and I’m able to fill your space, I will issue a refund. Note that refunds will not be provided for missing the session due to lateness.
• This venue has easy disabled access.
