Tommy, founder of The Sonic Den, is a former international recording and touring musician, certified and insured Therapeutic Sound Practitioner, and a Music Education Specialist.
With over 30 years' experience across music, education and wellbeing, The Sonic Den offers trauma-informed sound experiences that combine live immersive acoustic soundscapes, guided meditation and intention, creating a calm, supportive space to rest, reset and reconnect.

The experience begins with everyone settling comfortably on a yoga mat or in a seated position, supported by blankets and cushions if desired.
Following a short guided meditation and intention-setting practice, you'll be immersed in a gentle live soundscape created using a range of overtone-rich acoustic instruments, including:

- You are in the first trimester of pregnancy.
- You have been advised by a healthcare professional to avoid sound, vibration or prolonged relaxation practices.

Ticketing, Attendance & Refund Policy
Transfers
If you're unable to attend, I'll always do my best to transfer your booking to the next Sonic Den session at the same venue, subject to availability. Please contact me on the day of the event.
Gift Your Space
You're welcome to pass your ticket to a friend or family member. Please ensure they have read all of the information above, particularly the contraindications, and let me know before the session begins.
Arrival
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the advertised start time. Sessions begin promptly and late arrivals may not be admitted, as this can disturb the experience for everyone already settled.
Age Guidance
Suitable for ages 12 and over. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a participating adult.
Booking for Someone Else
If you're purchasing a ticket on someone else's behalf, please ensure they have read all of the information provided before attending.
Refunds
All bookings are non-refundable. If I am able to fill your space from a waiting list, I will happily issue a refund. Refunds cannot be provided for missed sessions due to late arrival.
Accessibility
Please note, access to the event space is via stairs..

All Sonic Den sessions are fully insured, trauma-informed and delivered within my professional scope of experience and practice.
