Session Description

Quantum-Touch is a gentle, heart-centered energy healing practice that works with life force energy, breath, and focused awareness. As Lauren raises her own vibration through conscious breathing and intention, the participant's body natural intelligence responds and begins to rebalance itself. Rather than directing or forcing change, Quantum-Touch creates an environment where the body remembers how to heal, release tension, and restore harmony on physical, emotional, mental, and energetic levels.

When combined with singing bowls, the sound frequencies help deepen relaxation and resonance, allowing the energy to move more easily through the body. Many people experience a sense of grounding, warmth, emotional release, or clarity, while others simply feel deeply calm and supported. Each session is unique and guided by what your system is ready to receive in the moment.

The gift of Quantum-Touch® came to Lauren at the same time she was diagnosed with breast cancer. During a session, a practitioner said to her, “This too is your work, Lauren.” That moment marked the beginning of her journey as a Certified Practitioner with energy work.

Her practice is centered on helping people reconnect with their own vitality, resilience, and balance. What do I need to bring?
Please come dressed in comfortable clothes, and bring a pillow. Yoga mats and blankets are provided. Dress according to your personal temperature. It is encouraged for you to bring a water bottle and you are welcome to bring any crystals you would like to charge.
