Join our group gong bath session at Great Haseley Village Hall, 7.30pm - 8.30pm PM on the 17th July 2025.

The session will offer you an immersive experience using the powerful vibrations of a variety of Gongs, Himalayan singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments. Debbie is a qualified and experienced gong practitioner and a member of the College of Sound Healing, and has many years of experience supporting people in their recovery from trauma.

The Sound of Peace Gong baths help with all aspects of body, mind and energy, whether you are struggling daily with stress and anxiety or simply longing to take time out and replenish your diminished reserves. The deeply resonating sounds calm the mind, soothe and regulate the nervous system and encourage a deep sense of relaxation.

Gong baths work at a cellular level - the body is filled with trillions of cells each filled with fluid, the vibrations from the gongs gently shake that fluid like an internal massage. In the stillness between the sounds and at the end everything settles back down helping to balance and harmonise the body. Still the mind, still the body and lose sense of time and space.

Other benefits can include:

  • Improved quality of sleep
  • Calming the overactive mind
  • Reducing muscle tension and physical pain
  • Deep relaxation
  • Facilities deep meditative states

No two sessions are the same!
