Mary Isobel Catherine Bernadette O'Brien, better known by her stage name Dusty Springfield, was an English singer. With her distinctive mezzo-soprano voice, she was a popular singer of blue-eyed soul, pop, and dramatic ballads, with French chanson, country, and jazz also in her repertoire.  

You may not know who Dusty was, an iconic British singer who spanned 4 decades of performances. Described by Elton John as the greatest white singer there has ever been. 

Combination of Pop, Soul and R&B. Blue-Eyed Soul: Her defining style, celebrated on the landmark Dusty in Memphis album and iconic hits like "Son of a Preacher Man". Pop: Signature 1960s tracks like "I Only Want to Be with You" and "You Don't Have to Say You Love Me". R&B: Influenced heavily by American Motown. Jazz & Ballads: Moody, dramatic vocal performances.
