Please be respectful of others using the area

Please use the toilets and shower before entering the sauna or hot tub

Please arrive 10 minutes early with your towel, water bottle and changed into your swimwear and flipflops; please note we cannot securely store your valuables and can't be held responsible for any losses

We advise you do not have a heavy meal before using the spa

Please be careful moving around the spa area 

If you feel unwell or dizzy, please alert a member of the spa team and step out of the sauna / hot tub / cold plunge

Please do not use the spa area if you have excessive alcohol consumption or substance misuse; refunds will not be given in this case

Age 14-17 years must be accompanied by an adult; no under 14s

For your own safety, please do not book the spa if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, are unable to sweat, have open infections. If you have other health conditions that may be affected by submersion in water, heat or cold, please consult a medical professional before booking.

If you are booking on behalf of a group, please ensure that they all read this guidance.

The spa is not responsible for loss, damage, injury or medical events that may occur during the use of the facilities.

Multiple tickets can be purchased for one time slot (eg up to six people sharing), you may buy tickets to use the spa more than once within the event.
