The spa pass ... wood-fired hot tubs ... new for 2026!

You will be greeted by our spa staff with a glass of non-alcoholic welcome fizz, then it's time to recharge in the wood-fired hot tubs and relax on the comfortable seating and cosy fire pit and browse our spa store with dry robes, swim shorts and eco-friendly essentials such as lip balm, sunscreen, after-sun, deodorant and toothpaste.

Limited number of £20 per person spa passes available for a 45-minute session; or book a private tub for your group of up to 6 people. 

Spa experiences are available: Thursday 17.00 - 20.30, Friday 7.00 - 20.30, Saturday 7.00 - 20.30, Sunday 7.00 - 20.30

Please be respectful of others using the area

Please use the toilets and shower before entering the hot tubs

Please arrive 5 minutes early with your towel, water bottle and changed into your swimwear and flipflops; please note we cannot securely store your valuables and can't be held responsible for any losses

We advise you do not have a heavy meal before using the spa

Please be careful moving around the spa area 

If you feel unwell or dizzy, please alert a member of the spa team and step out of the hot tub 

Please do not use the spa area if you have excessive alcohol consumption or substance misuse; refunds will not be given in this case

Age 5-17 years must be accompanied by an adult; no under 5s

For your own safety, please do not book the spa if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, are unable to sweat, have open infections. If you have other health conditions that may be affected by submersion in water, heat or cold, please consult a medical professional before booking.

If you are booking on behalf of a group, please ensure that they all read this guidance.

The spa is not responsible for loss, damage, injury or medical events that may occur during the use of the facilities.

Multiple tickets can be purchased for one time slot (eg up to five people sharing) or a private hot tub is for up to six people within your group.   You may buy tickets to use the spa more than once within the event.
