The Space Consortium Fall Kickoff Social

Join us at Aeronaut for our Fall Kick-Off Social!

Meet and join the Massachusetts space community at our first event of the season. Whether you're a space professional, student, educator, science communicator, longtime space enthusiast, or simply curious, come enjoy an informal evening of conversations, connections, games, and stargazing.

Learn more about The Space Consortium's fall programs, upcoming space events during Massachusetts STEM Week in October, our SPACE initiative, volunteer opportunities, and the TSC Accessibility Fund, through which Massachusetts residents can request free tickets to selected space events (movie nights, conferences, networking events, etc.) throughout the year.

Connect with fellow space lovers from across Massachusetts, and enjoy some stargazing: a few telescopes will be set up on the patio, weather permitting!

By popular demand, the evening will also mark the launch of "The Space Table", our new monthly gathering bringing together Space Consortium Members (MA-based space academics and professionals) and Explorers (space enthusiasts) for space and science conversations, board games, discussions, and more. What happens at The Space Table will be shaped by you: share what you're working on, pick a space or science topic to discuss, join a game, meet someone with completely different expertise, or tell us what you'd like to see at future gatherings.

No space background or expertise is required. Everyone is welcome!

Launched in 2017, The Space Consortium is an MA-based, space academics & researchers-led 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to democratizing space knowledge and connecting Massachusetts space experts and enthusiasts with each other and with the broader public. Through Massachusetts Space Week, The Space Consortium Space Days, The Space Film Festival, school visits, free educational programs, community gatherings, and more than 120 free events each year, we create opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to learn about, engage with, and connect around a shared interest in everything space.
