Vivian Kim and Brittney Hietala in collaboration with The Spark Boulder, is thrilled to present another year of FreeForm Dance Festival. Please join us for two evenings of dance. 

FreeForm Dance Festival presents a curated live performance series that embraces both traditional and non-traditional forms of dance and movement through a multicultural and inclusive lens. Each performance piece is carefully selected and organized to create a program that features a diverse range of dance artists, styles, genres, cultures, and backgrounds that strengthens the connection between artists and audiences and cultivates community representation and engagement.

We are proud to bring a performance like no other to the Boulder-Denver region by presenting original and repertory choreography from cultures across the world, including House, Contemporary, Hip-hop, West African, Ballroom, Samba, and more. We are also excited to announce that returning VisKosity Dance Collective members will also be presenting a new choreographed work performed this weekend only. Previous years have sold out, so don’t wait to buy tickets! Whether you are a fellow dancer, an art enthusiast, friend or family member, or just looking for a great community event, FreeForm Dance Festival has something for everyone to see.

Doors at 6:30pm. Event starts at 7:00pm. This is a limited engagement event. Run Time is approx 1.5-hrs. "PG-13 rated show" due to language in some music.

The Spark space welcomes 96 seated audience members. Tickets available in advance and at the door. General Admission Seating tickets are available for this event.

ABOUT THE SPARK BOULDER SPACE!

The Spark Boulder boasts a 4600sqft venue space that includes a large reception lobby inspired by modern art galleries, two dance studios with sprung floors, and a flexible open-air theater. ABOUT TICKET PRICES, FEES & DONATIONS

We operate an intimate arts venue and greatly appreciate your attendance. Ticket revenue directly supports the artist and employs local theater professionals. We do our best to keep processing fees to a minimum. Donations to The Spark are tax deductible as the venue is a registered 501c3 non-profit.
