About this Yoga Session

Weekly Yoga sessions, every Monday evening 6pm - 7pm.

A session focusing on exercises to work in to all parts of the body. Focusing on Asana (posture) alignment, holding the postures with the aim of building strength in your mind and body. 

Each Monday session will be a slightly vigorous session setting you up for the week ahead.

* These Monday evening sessions are for those with some experience of Yoga. If you’re new to Yoga Emma recommends trying one of her more gentle sessions such as Gentle Hatha on Monday mornings 9.15am - 10.15am or Wednesday evenings 5.30pm – 6.30pm at The Steel Rooms.

Cost: £8 per week or £42 for the next 6 week block - 1, 8, 15, 22 June 13, 20 July. Please note if you book a block, if you miss a week, your payment will be forgone.

A little bit about Emma:

Emma has been practicing Yoga for 20 years, teaching it for 5 years and loves what Yoga can do for the mind, body and soul.

She has completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course in Rishikesh, India learning Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha as well as various Meditation and Pranayama (breathing) techniques.

Practical Bits to know:

  • Bring your own mat - if you don't have one Emma can lend you one 
  • Arrive between 5.50pm and 5.55pm, please note if you arrive after 5.55pm unfortunately we may not be able to let you in
  • Please let Emma know of any injuries or conditions you have before the session, however please note as stated below if in doubt as to whether you should be doing Yoga with these injuries or conditions, please consult a medical professional before hand
  • After the session, Emma will leave the space and meet you on the ground floor to let you out.

  • Never continue with a class or a movement that is too difficult for your level of experience or ability, or if you feel any discomfort.
