A session focusing on exercises to work in to all parts of the body. Focusing on Asana (posture) alignment, holding the postures with the aim of building strength in your mind and body.
Each Monday session will be a slightly vigorous session setting you up for the week ahead.
* These Monday evening sessions are for those with some experience of Yoga. If you’re new to Yoga Emma recommends trying one of her more gentle sessions such as Gentle Hatha on Monday mornings 9.15am - 10.15am or Wednesday evenings 5.30pm – 6.30pm at The Steel Rooms.

Cost: £7 per week or £48 for a set 8 week block. Next block runs 15th May up to and including 3rd July. Please note if you book a block, if you miss a week, your payment will be forgone.
A little bit about Emma:
Emma has been practicing Yoga for 16 years and loves what Yoga can do for the mind, body and soul.
She has completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Course in Rishikesh, India learning Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha as well as various Meditation and Pranayama (breathing) techniques.
