Soundbath

Join Emma Bailey for a Soundbath. 

During the Soundbath various instruments and sounds are fused together bringing you in to a relaxing meditative state.

A bit about Emma Bailey; Emma is a holistic therapist specialising in Shamanic practises and using the healing vibrations of sound providing beautiful Soundbaths using a variety of instruments, including the healing Shamanic drum and flute. 

What you need to bring; 

A mat / something comfortable to lie on

Layers of clothing to keep as cool or as warm as you lie down for the Soundbath

A Blanket

Water / drink 

Where; 

1 - 5 Springs Parade, Brigg, DN20 8EQ on the top floor.
