Cold Comfort Farm

Don’t miss the Stonesfield Players production of Stella Gibbons brilliantly funny portrayal of English rural life in the 1930s: Cold Comfort Farm dramatised by Paul Doust.

Recently orphaned socialite, Flora Poste, arrives at Cold Comfort Farm, the home of her gloomy and eccentric cousins, the Starkadders, keen to discover her rights, hinted at by her cousin Judith. Instead she finds a web of thwarted passions and obsession, at the centre of which sits Ada Doom… who saw something nasty in the woodshed!

Performances will take place at the Village Hall on November 13th, 14th and 15th at 7.30pm.
