Welcome to The Breath of Remembrance: a 3-hour sacred journey through the transformative power of Conscious Connected Breathwork.
This is an invitation to return to the parts of yourself that have been forgotten, hidden, or quietly waiting beneath the surface — to release what no longer serves, and to remember the truth of who you are.
Through the ancient rhythm of circular breath, we enter an altered state of awareness — beyond the thinking mind — where the subconscious speaks, the body reveals, and the soul begins to stir. Emotions long held may rise to be felt and freed, while patterns rooted deep in the psyche come into gentle illumination.
Or perhaps your body simply longs to rest — to be breathed, held, and nourished in the presence of open hearts.
All you need to bring is trust, and a willingness to open your heart to yourself. The breath will take care of the rest.

📝 Before the Session
All participants will be asked to read and sign a Conscious Connected Breathwork waiver form before the session begins. This is simply to ensure you're fully informed and supported as you embark on your journey.
🌱 After the Event
A Breathwork Journey is often profound and deeply transformative. Integration is key.
We recommend:

Hi, I’m Barras. I’m passionate about Conscious Connected Breathwork and its incredible power to transform — something I’ve experienced firsthand in my own life.
With over 400 hours of breathwork facilitator training through Breathing Space, I’ve been deeply humbled by the privilege of supporting others on their own breath journeys. This practice is a sacred space for healing, growth, and reconnection.
My intention is to create safe, supportive environments filled with care, love, and gentleness — spaces where you can connect with your inner healer and rediscover your own wisdom.
