SLS Past President's Culinary Challenge - An Evening at the Gordon Ramsay Academy

Surrey Law Society is delighted to invite members and guests to this year's Past President's Culinary Challenge at the Gordon Ramsay Academy in Woking.

This exclusive evening experience will combine exceptional food, drinks and relaxed networking with a professionally hosted interactive cooking experience at one of Surrey's most exciting hospitality venues.

Guests will enjoy exclusive use of the Academy for the evening, beginning with a drinks reception before heading into the Academy's professional teaching kitchens to cook up a storm alongside the Academy's expert chefs.

Working in teams, guests will create a range of themed dishes which may include experiences such as:

• Fresh sushi rolling techniques using fish, shellfish and vegetables
• Middle Eastern dishes including falafel, kofta, flatbreads and fattoush salad
• Mexican inspired tacos with chimichurri dipping sauces
• Indian skewers with dips and pickles

Following the cooking session, guests will come together to enjoy the dishes they have prepared, providing a relaxed and sociable dining experience with plenty of opportunity for conversation, networking and catching up over food and drinks.

Attendees will leave the evening with recipe packs, Gordon Ramsay Academy tote bags and, of course, any leftovers created during the session to take home.

Whether attending individually or as part of a wider firm group, we expect this to be one of the highlights of the Surrey Law Society social calendar.

Standard Rate: £105 plus VAT
