Bike Maintenance: Bleeding Hydraulic Brakes

Hydraulic brakes are pretty awesome, unless they're not working! Luckily bleeding your brakes is really simple, come to find out how. In this free bike maintenance session, you'll learn how to bleed your hydraulic brakes in order to keep your bike in tip top condition! The session will take place at the Bike Hub, which is located in the heart of campus between EC Stoner and Roger Stevens Building. No prior experience or bike knowledge required; our friendly bike experts Romain and Robyn will be there to guide you. We encourage you to bring your own bike along with you, but you can also learn on our hub bikes if that's not possible. Booking is required to join this session. We have limited workshop capacity, so if you can no longer make it, please email bikehub@leeds.ac.uk to let us know you cannot attend.
