About Belinda Batt
Belinda is mum to two small children, an EMCC-accredited coach and certified motherhood studies practitioner. She uses evidence-based positive psychological tools to support mothers of young children to smash maternal guilt and return to work feeling confident and empowered.
Her first book, 'Challenge Your Guilt: Change Your Life' is a book "for any mother who wants to get off the guilt and shame treadmill once and for all" and is due for release in 2024.
In it, Belinda will explain where guilt and shame in motherhood come from, why things need to change, and how we can start to flip the script. She will give us actionable, evidence-based tools to help us overcome the guilt gremlins in our daily life, practical exercises to help us consciously uncouple from our guilt, as well as sharing plenty of personal anecdotes, stories and advice from the 20+ mothers and experts she has interviewed for this project. By the end of the book, she hopes we will have re-imagined our life - indeed, our world - without guilt, and that we will feel equipped with the tools to set about achieving it.

Listen whilst you’re cooking supper; watch whilst you’re feeding your baby; take us to the toilet or whilst you’re quaffing a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. We don’t care what you’re wearing, where you are or what you’re drinking (PJs may not be appropriate at work and please drink responsibly: hot chocolate and laptops don't mix). We just want you with us!
Do I have to say anything or can I just watch?
You can be completely anonymous just like you’re watching TV at home. Just leave your camera off and and you don’t even need to use your real name when you sign in if you prefer. We’ll have everyone on mute so you don’t have to worry about embarrassing sounds in the background.
