Wolfgang Flür [Ex-Kraftwerk]

Wolfgang Flür legendary member of Kraftwerk’s classic lineup (Autobahn, The Man-Machine, Computer World) returns to Hebden Bridge on Fri 2 April presenting his MusikSoldat concert with special guest Peter Duggal.

Wolfgang sees himself as a music presenter with historical electric background. His performances includes hand picked videos and rare images from his Kraftwerk days to his present projects added with selected electro tunes. Musik Soldat (music soldier) is the title of Flür’s program.

Over the years he has collaborated with icons including Peter Hook, U96, Boris Blank (Yello), and more. Now Wolfgang remains one of the scene’s true pioneers. This is more than a gig - it’s a journey through electronic history, straight from the man who helped build it and an evening that you won't soon forget.

Since 2004 Flür has been DJ’ing world-wide in clubs and festivals, playing tech house, industrial and electro specialities of his own, of Kraftwerk and of international artists.

Expect retro-futuristic grooves, hypnotic visuals.
